Job summary

Travelodge Hotels (UK) is looking for a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will greet guests, check them in, and support overnight operations to ensure a smooth stay for all guests.

You may walk corridors, handle noise complaints and evictions, and prepare the hotel for the next day, including breakfast setup, housekeeping trolleys, and occasional bar service. Join a friendly, supportive team with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Willing to learn and develop in a hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in at the night desk.
• Walk corridors during the night to ensure safety and comfort.
• Address noise complaints and evictions when needed.
• Set up the hotel for the next day (housekeeping trolleys, breakfast prep).
• Serve behind the bar at times and assist with early morning needs.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as 'FAB Fridays' and 'Housekeeping Heroes'. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times.
