Job summary

Travelodge Macclesfield Adlington is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help keep the hotel running smoothly during the night shift.

No prior experience is required, as we provide full training. You’ll also walk the corridors, handle noise-related issues, prepare the hotel for the next day, set up housekeeping trolleys, and may assist behind the bar as needed, in a friendly team environment.

• Welcoming guests and checking them in at night.
• Walk the hotel corridors and respond to nighttime issues such as noise complaints or evictions.
• Prepare the hotel for the next day: set up housekeeping trolleys, prep breakfast service, and occasionally serve behind the bar.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
