Pay is from £11 per hour.

The Role - Main Responsibilities

  • Booking guests into the hostel, advising on offerings and services.
  • Assisting guests with inquiries, from amenities to meal times.
  • Managing the booking system and ensuring accurate office administration.
  • Ensuring effective handovers to the day team.
  • Working with management on security and safety.
  • Advising guests on London attractions.

Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
