We are looking for an enthusiasticNight Portertojoin our family on a full time basis.We are looking for someone with previous hotelNight Porterexperience withexcellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Hasa positive attitude towards training and development and enjoysdelivering personalisedoutstanding service to our guest.This position reports to the Night Manager and the Front of House Manager.

Key Responsibilities of aNight Porter:

• Ensure guests luggage is delivered correctly
• Provide great knowledge of the hotel and local area
• Assist with reception and concierge requests
• Prepare and deliver room service orders after Kitchen team has finished for the day
• Ensure the lobby and front area of the hotel is presentable and clean at all times

What are we looking for?

• Previous Night Porter Experience: Ideally within a luxury or five-star hotel setting, with a clear understanding of hotel operations during overnight shifts.
• Attention to Detail.
• Reliability & Flexibility: Dependable and flexible, able to handle a variety of tasks while maintaining high standards of service.
• A Team Player ato work closely with other departments.
