Job summary

Sofitel Heathrow is seeking a Night Receptionist to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests arriving and staying through the night. You will manage check-in and check-out efficiently, provide guests with information on hotel facilities and local area, and resolve issues promptly while coordinating with other departments.

The role requires excellent communication in English, strong organization, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. 5-star hotel experience is a real advantage.

Job description

Salary – £27,027 plus Tronc. 4 on 4 off pattern - 12 hour shifts.

Holiday – 20 days holiday, enhanced after 5 years of service.
