Qualifications

• Supervisory experience or strong front office/night shift background.
• Excellent communication to greet and farewell guests.
• Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond quickly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Night Crew and ensure high standards of service.
• Manage arrivals, departures and special requests.
• Address guest queries promptly and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow night audit procedures and generate reports for departments.
• Balance daily financial transactions and cash handling.
• Maintain safety and comfort for all guests on site.
