Leonardo Hotels is seeking a proactive Night Manager to direct the Front Office operations and lead the night team to ensure seamless service for guests. You will oversee safety, training plans, and guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards across the estate.

As a Night Manager and Head of Department, you will also handle Duty Manager shifts and motivate vibrant teams to exceed guest expectations, delivering a memorable experience every night.

Formación

• Experience in hotel operations and guest service is required.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Focus on safety and security during night shift.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and our guests.
• Be a great motivator for your team: you'll be proactively working on training and developing plans to keep your team working effectively.
• Implement new ways to maximise guest experience and satisfaction.
• Bring your positive attitude to work with you every day: you'll be setting the tone for some of our guests' stays at welcome and/or departure.
• Ensure that the hotel is sufficiently stocked throughout the night and ready for business every morning.
