Responsibilities

• Run the night audit and balance the end-of-day accounts.
• Provide a welcoming, confident presence at the desk, via email or phone.
• Support the Head of Department and collaborate with the Night team to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely room service orders and guest needs during the night.
