You will manage rostering, ensure shifts are covered, monitor staff punctuality, perform check calls, and handle communications with clients and staff while ensuring documentation is completed on time by field teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities and clear communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Populate the roster.
• Ensure all shifts are covered as required.
• Ensure staff arrive on time.
• Make check calls and confirm patrols are being conducted.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to clients and staff.
• Ensure company documentation is completed on time and returned by field staff.
