Job summary

IBIS London City Shoreditch is seeking a Multiskilled Night Team Member to join our front desk and night-audit operations. You will manage the reception desk, process nightly reports and assist with security, while supporting the day team to ensure seamless service around the clock.

The role covers 11pm to 7:18am, 39 hours per week, with opportunities to grow within AccorInvest UK and through our Apprenticeship and Accor Academy programs.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
• Capable of multitasking between reception and F&B duties.
• Flexible to work 5 days a week on a rotation basis.
• Positive attitude with a customer-service focus.
• Fast-thinking problem solver with initiative.
• Night Audit and/or Accounts experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the reception desk and nightly audit processing.
• Assist security with monitoring building security.
• Support daytime operations to ensure 24/7 service quality.
• Work night shifts from 23:00 to 07:18.
• Take F&B orders and deliver from the menu during shifts.
• Perform F&B and Bar tasks as required and assist reception.
• Learn and serve beverages from the F&B menu.
• Keep service areas clean and hygienic.
• Handle orders and maximize sales through product knowledge.
