Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work early, late and night shifts.
• Ability to multitask across front office, F&B, housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in to check-out.
• Handle guest enquiries, calls, and requests efficiently.
• Perform night audit and daily reporting tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas and back-of-house.
• Support kitchen and bar cleaning duties.
• Carry out safety checks, fire walks, and basic maintenance inspections.
• Ensure security procedures and hotel standards are followed at all times.
