Job summary

Park Plaza London Waterloo is seeking a dedicated Night Manager to lead the Front Office and Night team, ensuring service excellence from 8pm to 8am. You will make decisive Head of Department decisions and uphold Health, Safety, Security and licensing standards.

The role requires a hands-on leader who motivates, trains and inspires colleagues, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera. The position operates on a 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Lead Night and Front Office operations and make crucial decisions.
• Ensure guest needs are met beyond expectations and maintain Health & Safety standards.
• Provide hands-on leadership to motivate, train and inspire the Night team.

Responsibilities

• Perform Head of Department duties for Night and Front Office operations.
• Ensure guest needs are met beyond expectation and oversee safety/licensing responsibilities.
• Lead the Night team by example and drive training and motivation.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office and have excellent knowledge of Opera.
