Job summary

Park Plaza London Waterloo is seeking a dedicated Night Manager to lead the Front Office and Night team, ensuring service excellence from 8pm to 8am. You will make decisive Head of Department decisions and uphold Health, Safety, Security and licensing standards.

The role requires a hands-on leader who motivates, trains and inspires colleagues, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera. The position operates on a 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shift pattern.

• Lead Night and Front Office operations and make crucial decisions.
• Ensure guest needs are met beyond expectations and maintain Health & Safety standards.
• Provide hands-on leadership to motivate, train and inspire the Night team.

We are looking for aNight Managerwho:

• Ensures guests’ needs are met beyond expectation, and takes full responsibility for Health, Safety, Security, Licensing & Fire
• Plays a hands-on role leading the Night team by example and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the Front of House team members
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office and have excellent knowledge of Opera
• Be available to work 4 days on, 4 days off, on a 12-hour shift basis (from 8am to 8pm)
