Job summary

The Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel invites applications for a Night Manager to lead the front office night team. You will serve as the property Manager on Duty, ensuring premier hospitality and smooth overnight operations as the property transitions to the Marriott Autograph Collection.

We seek an enthusiastic professional with supervision or management experience in hospitality, and a flexible, guest-focused approach to all night shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Essential: hospitality reception supervisory or management experience.
• Desirable: night shift experience in hospitality.
• Must demonstrate strong customer service and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty during the overnight shift.
• Maintain highest hospitality and service standards overnight.
• Uphold brand standards and resolve guest or property issues.
• Support HR tasks including payroll, reviews and recruitment.

We have an exciting opportunity in our front office night team as a Night Manager. Join us and become part of Team Autograph, playing a key role in creating one of Bristol's most exciting hospitality destinations.

Main Duties:

• Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations during the overnight shift
• Ensures that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift
• Promoting a welcoming environment
• Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation
• Personally assisting in resolving any issues and completing tasks
• Ensure smooth running of financial related duties
• Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role
• Assist in HR related duties including payroll, reviews and recruitment
• To upskill and develop the supervisors and associates

What do you need to apply?

We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns. It is essential you have hospitality reception supervisory or management related experience. It is also desirable to have night experience but not essential.
