INNSiDE by Melia Manchester is seeking a Night Manager to ensure smooth operations during night hours, safeguarding guest satisfaction and security. You will conduct night audits and oversee front-of-house activities to uphold service quality.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, cash handling, and strong problem-solving skills. Opera PMS is a plus. Competitive benefits and industry growth opportunities are provided.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role, at a minimum as supervisor or team leader.
• Opera PMS experience is desirable but not essential.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Complaint resolution skills.
• Basic numeric skills, as you will be responsible for cash and card reconciliations.

Job Summary:The Night Manager will ensure an overall smooth running of the department during night hours, looking after the complete satisfaction, safety, and security. You will be responsible for conducting walk-arounds of the hotel with an eye for safety and security and complete any additional tasks as set by the Front of House Management Team
