Job summary

Valor Hospitality in High Wycombe is seeking a Night Manager to lead the team as Manager on Duty, overseeing overnight operations and guest service.

The ideal candidate will have management experience in a branded hotel operation (ideally in Front Office) and strong communication for detailed handovers. This role is 40 hours per week across 5 days with a £30,000 per annum salary.

Do you have experience of working at a management level in a branded hotel operation (ideally within a Front Office team)?

As Night Manager you will lead the team as the Manager on Duty, making decisions and solving problems. Your role will include running night audit, health and safety checks and dealing all guests requests.

Great communication skills are required as detailed handovers are required for the incoming shift and Duty Manager.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
