Job summary

Valor Hospitality in the United Kingdom is seeking a Night Supervisor to oversee the Front Desk and assist with Night Audit duties. You will ensure brand standards are met across all guest touchpoints and respond to guest requests with professionalism.

• Experience in hotel front desk or reception preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Night operations at the Front Desk.
• Support Night Audit and ensure brand standards.
• Handle guest requests and coordinate with hotel services.
• Prepare the property for the day ahead and maintain safety.

£26,811.20 per annum. 40 hours per week across 5 days.

The Night supervisor is responsible for the running of the Front Desk and will support the management team with Night Audit.

With knowledge of the Hotel’s products and services you can dealing with all guest’s requests. This maybe additional room amenities or delivering room service.

This role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.

Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of ateam is essential
