Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Night Supervisor to manage frontline operations at the Front Desk during night shifts and support the management team with Night Audit. You will handle guest requests, maintain brand standards, and contribute to a smooth handover when the day begins.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role. The position offers the chance to work within a branded hotel environment with competitive pay and staff benefits, including exclusive discounts

• Experience in branded hotel front desk or reception preferred.
• Ability to deliver brand standards at all times.
• Flexible to adapt shifts and prepare the hotel for the day ahead.

£13.46 per hour. 40 hours per week across 5 days.

Do you have strong background in a branded hotel working in afront of house or reception team?

Can you deliver brand standards anytime of the day?

The Night supervisor is responsible for the running of the Front Desk and will support the management team with Night Audit.

With knowledge of the Hotel’s products and services you can dealing with all guest’s requests. This maybe additional room amenities or delivering room service.

This role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.

Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of ateam is essential
