Job summary

voco Fareham-Solent is looking for a Night Manager to lead the team as the Manager on Duty, overseeing night operations and ensuring guest satisfaction at a branded hotel.

You will run night audit, perform health and safety checks, and handle guest requests with proactive, clear handovers to the incoming shift. Flexible patterns are discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Experience of working at a management level in a branded hotel operation (ideally within a Front Office team).
• Great communication skills are required as detailed handovers are required for the incoming shift and Duty Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team as Manager on Duty during night shifts.
• Run night audit and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.
• Perform health and safety checks and maintain compliance.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues to ensure a high standard of service.

As Night Manager you will lead the team as the Manager on Duty, making decisions and solving problems. Your role will include running night audit, health and safety checks and dealing all guests requests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
