Job summary

voco Fareham-Solent is seeking a Night Manager to lead the team as Manager on Duty, making decisions and solving problems during night shifts. The role includes running night audit, health and safety checks, and handling guest requests with great communication to ensure smooth handovers.

Experience in branded hotel operations at management level and working with Front Office teams is preferred. We offer flexible shift patterns and opportunities for career training and apprenticeships alongside

Are you a Night Owl?

Do you have experience of working at a management level in a branded hotel operation (ideally within a Front Office team)?

As Night Manager you will lead the team as the Manager on Duty, making decisions and solving problems. Your role will include running night audit, health and safety checks and dealing all guests requests.

Great communication skills are required as detailed handovers are required for the incoming shift and Duty Manager.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
