Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Glasgow is seeking a Night Manager to lead the Front Office and Head of Department, directing strategy and day-to-day operations with the team to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will act as an ambassador for the hotel, ensure service standards are met across shifts, and keep the hotel running smoothly overnight.

This role focuses on safety and security, staff development, and driving improvements in guest satisfaction while maintaining high morale and a warm welcome

All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness. As a Night Manager and a Head of Department, you’ll keep your department running like clockwork and lead your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You’ll maintain positive guest engagement and keep team morale high whilst ensuring any issues are resolved. As a Head of Department, you’ll be carrying out Duty Manager shifts and inspiring our vibrant teams to exceed our guests’ expectations.
