Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Glasgow is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to support our Front Office team and oversee night-time operations at our Glasgow hotel.

You will run the night audit, balance end-of-day accounts and work within a vibrant team to exceed guest expectations, while upholding Leonardo’s service standards across the property.

Responsibilities

• Running the night audit and balancing end-of-day accounts
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and our guests
• Interact confidently with guests at the desk, by email or over the phone
• Co-ordinate room service orders and liaise with the Night Porter to ensure guests enjoy a great meal from our Kitchen

All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness. As a Night Auditor, you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, so we want you to take pride in everything you’ll be doing to support your Head of Department and keep things running like clockwork. You’ll be running the night audit, balancing the end-of-day accounts and working as part of a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations.
