Sofitel Heathrow - Arora Group is hiring Night Luggage Porters to warmly welcome guests and assist with luggage during the night. You will support hotel operations across departments and handle luggage promptly, ensuring proper labeling and storage.

We value smart, professional appearances and strong communication. 5-star hotel experience is advantageous, with 4 on 4 off night shifts and attractive staff benefits included.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Able to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist with luggage.
• Assist guests with requests during the night and support hotel operations across departments.
• Manage luggage storage and ensure items are labelled and stored properly.
• Deliver or collect packages and messages to/from guest rooms.
• Provide information about facilities, activities, and local promotions.

Night Luggage porters in our team provide a warm welcome to our guests, assisting with their luggage and fulfilling their requests promptly and efficiently. They are instrumental in creating a memorable stay for each of our guests. Greet our guest with a warm welcome and an infectious smile Assist guests with any request during night and support overall hotel operation across departments.Ensuring all luggage needs are dealt with promptly and professionally. Knowledgeable about the hotel facilities, activities, promotions, and happenings in the local area to provide accurate information. Deliver or collect any guest's packages, messages, and letters from their rooms. Manage luggage storage room ensuring luggage is labelled and stored neatly.
