Job summary

Social Interest Group (SIG) is seeking a Night Concierge in Ealing to support residents with varied needs and ensure a safe overnight environment. You will perform welfare checks, monitor access, respond to emergencies, and provide handovers to the day team while maintaining records and ensuring cleanliness.

The role requires compassionate, calm, and dependable individuals who can work independently, communicate effectively, and adapt to a changing night-time environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the night service.
• Excellent communication with residents, colleagues and external partners.
• Understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety through welfare checks and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain professionalism and communicate with visitors and deliveries.
• Provide clear morning handovers with updates on residents and incidents.
• Monitor CCTV and support risk assessments and safeguarding checks.
• Keep the environment clean and report repairs with sensitivity.
