The role covers unsociable hours, 21:30–09:15 on a 4-on 4-off rota, with duties including incident and emergency management and safeguarding of service users, plus maintaining site safety.

Mansioni

• Provide a point of contact for housing related support, including incident and emergency management covering unsociable hours and a site presence out of hours to ensure safety and security of building and tenants.
• Safeguard service users out of hours through escalation awareness, reporting concerns to relevant agencies and recording information.
• Maintain health and safety of the service property during out of hours by reporting building safety and repairs in accordance with policy.
