Holiday Inn Express Windsor is seeking a Night Manager to safeguard guests and staff during the night and act as the hotel ambassador, delivering first-class service. You will perform security checks, oversee nightly audits, and coordinate with the accounts team to ensure accuracy.

You will recruit, train and continually develop the Night team to maintain an exceptional guest experience. Based at Windsor, you will join a passionate team that understands the best service isn’t about clocking

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years management and leadership experience in a similar role.
• Strong sense of pro-activeness and drive to exceed KPIs.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional guest experience.
