Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee a busy reception area and upsell hotel services.
• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Ensure breakfast setup and food & beverage service meet standards.
• Resolve guest queries or escalate to manager on duty.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all areas during shift.
