Crest Hotels Group in Shifnal is seeking a Guest Service Assistant - Nights to be the face of the hotel during nighttime operations, delivering a safe, welcoming and efficient experience for guests. You will handle front desk duties, security checks, guest inquiries and overnight admin tasks.

This role emphasises independent work, strong communication, and the ability to forge rapport with guests and colleagues, ensuring the hotel is ready for morning arrivals and maximising overnight revenue

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay alert during night shifts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• IT and administrative skills for handling reservations and reports.
• Previous experience in a Hotel or customer-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overnight front desk duties and ensure a welcoming and efficient guest experience.
• Carry out security walks and checks and support overnight operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and assist with overnight administrative tasks.
• Build rapport with guests and collaborate with all hotel departments to maximise overnight revenue opportunities.
• Report to the Guest Service Manager - Nights and coordinate with the hotel team.
