Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a friendly Nights Guest Service Assistant to deliver safe, welcoming experiences during out-of-hours periods. You will support the hotel overnight, acting as a reassuring presence for guests while upholding our service standards and brand compliance.

Reporting to the Nights Guest Service Manager, you will help ensure the hotel runs smoothly, welcome late arrivals, deliver drinks and food from our 24‑hour menu, and assist with night audit and safety tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
• Able to anticipate guest needs and respond calmly at night.
• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues.
• Comfortable using a range of technology, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests on arrival during night hours.
• Provide drinks service and food from the 24-hour menu for night arrivals.
• Ensure accurate billing for early arrivals and maintain a positive impression.
• Support night audit processes and ensure fire and safety compliance.
