Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality UK (EMEA) is seeking a Nightshift Team Member to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff and premises during night hours, including conducting two security checks and assisting with early-morning breakfast preparation from 6am. You will interact with guests and residents and handle problems calmly and professionally.

In this role you’ll support operations across food & beverage, maintenance and other departments, delivering first-class customer service and teamwork

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to keep areas clean and presentable.
• Strong communication skills with guests and staff.
• Excellent customer service to ensure a comfortable stay.
• Ability to work across night-time hours and stay alert.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of guests, staff and hotel at night.
• Perform a minimum of 2 security checks at regular intervals.
• Assist with breakfast preparation from 6am daily.
• Liaise with guests and residents and resolve issues courteously.
• Support operations in food & beverage, maintenance and other areas as needed.
