Job summary

Kew Green Hotels seeks a Nights Guest Service Assistant to deliver safe, welcoming and memorable experiences during overnight hours. Reporting to the Nights Guest Service Manager, you will ensure smooth hotel operations, guest recognition, and brand compliance.

You will handle late check-ins, service a 24-hour menu, assist with night audits and maintain safety standards, while role-modelling our values and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
• Able to anticipate guest needs and stay calm during night shifts.
• Comfortable using MS Office and basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late arrivals and recognise repeat guests, VIPs and members.
• Provide drinks service at the residents’ bar and prepare night menu items.
• Support night audit and ensure safety and brand standards.
