Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Nights Guest Service Assistant to help run the hotel overnight, ensuring guests feel valued and brand standards are met. This role reports to the Nights Guest Service Manager and supports guest satisfaction, safety and brand compliance.

You will welcome late arrivals, provide drinks and night menu items, assist with billing and night audit, and help maintain a smooth, safe overnight operation while upholding the company values.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Comfortable using MS Office and other technology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late arrivals and recognise VIPs on reception.
• Provide drinks service at the residents' bar.
• Prepare and deliver items from the 24-hour menu for night arrivals.
• Check out early arrivals with accurate billing.
• Complete cleaning and setup for the next day.
• Support the night audit process.
• Ensure fire and safety procedures are met.
• Build strong relationships with guests.
