Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington, part of Millennium Hotels and Resorts, seeks a Reception Manager - Night to oversee the night front desk, ensure night audit procedures are completed, and uphold security in the absence of senior management.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, knowledge of Opera PMS, and the ability to maintain service standards across all departments during the night shift.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to multi task.
• Capacity to proactively manage the operation.
• Knowledge of Opera, H&S, large hotel operations.
• Skill in communication, guest service and leadership.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Front of House during Night shift including staffing across departments.
• Support Night Auditors and Reception to maintain high standards.
• Ensure correct tracking and posting of market segment, nationalities and rates.
• Ensure rooms are saleable and maximize availability.
• Organise traffic management within the lobby to minimise disturbances.
• Administer book-outs and related night operations.
