Millennium Hotel and Resorts UK invites applications for a Reception Manager - Night at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington. This role oversees night audit procedures and ensures safety and security in the absence of senior management.

Join a 4-star deluxe property with extensive conference facilities and a team-driven culture. You will lead Front of House during the night, coordinate with Night Auditors, monitor room inventory, and uphold service standards across departments.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi task.
• Capacity to proactively manage the operation.
• Knowledge of Opera, H&S, large hotel operations.
• Skill in communication, guest service and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Front of House Operations during the Night shift, ensuring staffing levels across departments to meet duties.
• Support the Night Auditors and Reception to maintain high standards at the Reception Desk.
• Ensure market segment, nationalities and rates are correctly tracked and posted.
• Ensure all rooms are saleable, assisting to maximise room availability.
• Assist with traffic management within the lobby to minimise disturbances.
• Organise and control the administration and operation of book-outs when required.
