Qualifications

• Hospitality-oriented role within a hotel.
• Ability to respond to guest needs after-hours.
• Wamiliarity with safety practices and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of the hotel and guests as part of the night team.
• Inspect emergency exits and firefighting equipment during shifts.
• Manage multiple room service orders from the kitchen and deliver promptly.
• Assist Night Manager with closing the business date and preparing for the day ahead.
• Perform basic housekeeping and maintenance tasks to maintain guest satisfaction after hours.
