Job summary

Night Front Office Agent at Celtic Manor Resort in Newport is responsible for overnight guest service, check-ins, and audits to ensure a five-star experience throughout the night. You will be the face of the hotel during night hours, delivering exceptional service and resolving guest queries with professionalism.

The ideal candidate works independently, communicates clearly, and stays calm under pressure. The role offers a permanent contract, 30 hours per week, and a pay rate of £12.98 per hour

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for guests during the night with exceptional service.
• Welcome late arrivals and assist with overnight check-ins and early departures.
• Handle guest enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Complete nightly auditing procedures and process financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare operational reports to support the wider resort operations.
• Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping and other departments for smooth overnight operations.
• Monitor public areas and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Ensure overnight procedures comply with company standards and handover to day team.
