LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Twilight Team Leader to guide a team of Housekeepers, Linen Porters, and Public Area Cleaners. You will ensure guests experience outstanding cleanliness in rooms and public areas while leading a team during the 5pm–1am shift at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort in Windsor.

You will train, coach, and support staff, drive health and safety, and manage stock and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams in hotels or overnight accommodation.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Comfortable with physical work and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Oversee room inspections and safety compliance.
• Manage stock levels and KPI performance for housekeeping.
• Coach and train team members and handle employee relations with People Team.
