LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting a Hotel Food & Beverage Team Leader to oversee operations across multiple hotel restaurants. You will drive energetic, high‑quality service and lead a team in a dynamic, guest‑facing environment.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid knowledge of menus and allergens. This full‑time position offers flexible hours (7am–11pm) and attractive benefits within LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.

Formación

• Previous Food & Beverage experience is desirable.
• Previous leadership experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks efficiently and within deadlines.
• Be adaptable and flexible to support business requirements.
• Positive, approachable and proactive attitude with leadership by example.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across the business and the wider resort.
• Aged 18 or over in accordance with Licensing Act 2003.
