Harbour Hotels Guildford is seeking a Night Receptionist to join our front office team. You will support the Night Manager, greet guests, and manage arrivals and departures during the night, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience across our boutique property.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel night operations, a solid understanding of Front Office procedures (Opera preferred), and a proactive, service-driven approach to creating memorable guest stays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel night operations or reception preferred.
• Sound knowledge of Front Office procedures and guest service standards.
• Able to work nights and maintain a proactive, service-driven approach.

• Support Night Manager in guest and hotel oversight during the night.
