Job summary

Harbour Hotels Guildford is seeking a reliable Night Receptionist to join the team. You will support the Night Manager, ensure smooth overnight guest care, and handle late-night check-ins/out with a focus on service excellence. Experience with Opera and front office procedures is preferred.

The role offers progression opportunities, onsite meals, and staff discounts across Harbour Hotels properties. A passion for hospitality and self-motivation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel night reception or night audit preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently through night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Night Manager in guest care and hotel operations overnight.
• Carry out check-in and check-out procedures during night hours.
• Maintain front desk standards and ensure safety and security of guests.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Night Receptionist to join the team. As Night Receptionist you will be responsible for supporting the Night Manager in looking after the guests and the hotel throughout the night. You will need to have a sound knowledge of Front Office procedures ideally with experience of Opera and perform check in and check out processes. This position would suit someone with previous hotel night experience, who is self-motivated with a passion for service excellence.
