The Queens Hotel in Leeds is seeking an Assistant Reception Manager (Nights) to lead the reception team in the absence of the manager. You will deliver warm, professional service to guests and maintain high standards of operation throughout the night shift.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
• Previous receptionist or reception supervisor experience required.
• Ability to understand guest needs and deliver outstanding service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day running of the reception and supervise in the manager's absence.
• Provide courteous, efficient service to all guests and uphold high standards.
• Greet guests warmly and manage face-to-face and phone requests professionally.
• Support with rotas, appraisals and training of colleagues.
