Job summary

The Queens Hotel in Leeds is seeking a Receptionist to join our Truly Talented team on nights. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will provide courteous and efficient service to all guests and handle requests with professionalism.

Greeting guests warmly and acting as an ambassador for excellent service, you will work in a busy team environment and contribute to maintaining high standards across the front desk.

Qualifications

• To greet guests in a warm, friendly manner and provide courteous service.
• To be totally guest focused by delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
• To gain experience in all sections of the front desk department and ensure company and legal requirements are maintained.
