Leonardo Hotel Management (UK) Limited is seeking a Night Porter (Part Time) to support the smooth operation of the Front Office across our UK hotels. You will act as an ambassador for the Leonardo Hotels estate, interacting with guests at welcome and departure and assisting in the Kitchen for room service orders when needed.

You’ll join a vibrant Night Team, focusing on safety, security, and presenting the hotel in an appealing way each night.

Qualificações

• Safety and security responsibilities in a hotel environment.
• Guest-centric service and guest care during welcome and departure.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and guests.
• Carry out regular Fire Walks each night.
• Set out ambient breakfast items in the morning to look inviting.
