Splendid Hospitality Group is hiring a Front Office Night Receptionist at Hilton London Bankside. In this role you check guests in late, answer questions and ensure guests feel at home through warmth and efficiency.

You may assist with late-night snack prep, breakfast setup and join other departments to keep the hotel running smoothly. You’ll handle calls, reservations and adapt to different tasks with care.

Formación

• Night front office and reception skills.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.
• Ability to adjust to varying night shifts and tasks.
• Teamwork and willingness to support across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and recognising our loyal members.
• Managing calls, requests and reservations with ease.
• Being flexible to support the team where needed – from bar service to light cleaning.
• Working with the other departments to create memorable moments for our guests by paying attention to the details.
