Job summary

Edition London at 10 Berners Street seeks a Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue keys. You will handle various payment types and ensure accurate check-in and check-out in line with brand standards.

You will run daily arrivals and departures, coordinate with Housekeeping, provide local information, and assist guests with requests while maintaining a warm, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing room key.
• Handle payments and balances for guests (room charges, cash, debit, or credit).
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in and check-outs.
• Run daily reports (arrivals, departures) and verify reports for accuracy.
• Provide information about property and local area to guests.
