Welcome Break is seeking a Hotel Nights Receptionist at the Ramada Leeds East. This part-time, temporary role offers immediate start and involves welcoming guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, bookings, and payments with a friendly, professional approach.

You will follow health and safety procedures, assist guests with requests, and contribute to a smooth, welcoming stay. Training will be provided, with opportunities for career progression and staff discounts.

• Able to stay calm and organised when busy.
• Strong accuracy with bookings and payments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and make sure everyone has what they need for a great stay.
• Handle bookings and payments, answer calls and guest questions, and keep the reception area tidy and welcoming.
• Follow health & safety and security procedures, complete checks as trained, and elevate guest issues quickly and confidently.
