The Queens Hotel in Leeds, part of Axiom Hospitality, is seeking an Assistant Reception Manager (Nights) to join our Truly Talented team. This permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week) offers a competitive annual salary of £29,640.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will oversee night-time reception operations, deliver outstanding service to guests, and develop the team in a fast-paced environment at our city-centre property.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or reception roles.
• Ability to lead a team and supervise duties at night.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reception operations during night shifts.
• Greet guests and ensure high service standards.
• Assist with rotas, appraisals and training as needed.
• Maintain smooth handover and cashiering procedures.
• Support Front Office Manager and resolve guest issues.
