We are currently recruiting for a Night F & B Steward for our 5 Star Hotel, The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Overview:

1. An amazing opportunity to join the Back of House team at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel as a Night F & B Steward.

2. The role of Night F & B Steward is very important to the smooth running of the Kitchen and Back of House operation.

3. You will ensure the overnight cleanliness of the kitchens and back of house areas at night.

4. The Night F & B Steward aims to support all members of the kitchen brigade at all times.

5. This role is responsible for cleaning and managing the crockery.

About You:

1. Must be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and apply the best of your knowledge to the task in hand.

2. Awareness of manual handling techniques and kitchen health and safety.

3. Basic understanding of spoken English.

4. Works well with others and understands the value of teamwork.
