We are currently recruiting for a House Steward to join our housekeeping team at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel; this role comes with forward career progression.

Overview:

An amazing opportunity to join the team at The Edwardian Manchester as a House Steward.

As a House Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring the public areas of the hotel are cleaned and will also assist with ad hoc housekeeping duties as required. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.

About You:

1. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is required, ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel or similar environment.
2. You must be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
3. Be able to communicate with a basic command of the English language.
4. Have a flexible and positive attitude at all times.
