NSL is seeking a DVLA Enforcement Officer to join our frontline team. You will liaise with the public, advise on clamping and fines, and coordinate with agencies such as Police, DVLA and VOSA. The role requires a full manual UK driving licence and the ability to work nights.

You will handle public enquiries, ensure equipment is maintained, and prepare daily reports. A customer-focused, self-motivated approach is essential for success.

Formación

• Full manual UK driving licence is required.
• Night-shift role and commitment to night work.
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
• Ability to work shifts and on own initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Liaises with the public and provides advice on clamping and fines.
• Advises on payment methods and enforcement actions.
• Coordinates with Police, DVLA and VOSA as needed.
• Handles public enquiries about enforcement actions and distributes information packs.
• Ensures vehicles and enforcement equipment are serviced and fit for purpose; reports faults to the Manager.
• Completes daily activity reports.
